Radio = When the V4 Sign Controller is setup as a radio connection change the Port Properties to the following:
- flow control=None
- DTR Wait=enabled
- Speed=9600
Direct = When the V4 Sign Controller is setup as a direct connection change the Port Properties to the following:
- Flow Control=CTSRTS
- DTR Wait=Enabled

- Windows 2000 and above use version 2.11
- everything under Windows 2000 use version 1.26

Hard Reset = Hold in reset while powering up and then release and will set to factory default
