Frame Not Blank

The sign is displaying part of the previous frame and does not go away on the following frames.

Problem:
In Example 1 (see below) notice that in Frame one in Line 2 it has the word OPEN in it. Frame one reads as follows:
SIGN SUPPORT
OPEN
WEEKDAYS

In Frame 2 notice that Line 2 is BLANK (white in color). Frame two reads as follows:
VISIT US ONLINE

SIGNCOEDS.COM

When the message is ran/played you notice that the first frame plays as intended. However the second frame does not play as intended. On Frame 2 in Line 2 the word OPEN is still there. Carried over from the first frame:
VISIT US ONLINE
OPEN
SIGNCOEDS.COM

Example 1:

Solution:
On Frame 2 in Line 2 you need to “double click” in the Blank White Area. Once you have double click, it will turn the white area to gray and you will have a flashing cursor in the box. This has now made the BLANK (white in color) area to become filled with a “Blank Space”. You can verify this by clicking in another frame or line (you are clicking just so that you are moving the focus to another area). Notice that Frame 2 in Line 2 the White area is now BLUE in color and will now tell the sign to go blank when that frame is played. Notice in Example 2 that the area in now Blue in Frame 2, Line 2 and when that frame is played it shows as blank (the word OPEN is not carried over to that frame).
